Would you like the expertise of a Licensed Midwife on your team during your pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period? In CA, a Licensed Midwife can monitor labor progress (perform cervical exams), assess maternal vital signs, and fetal well being during labor, at home, before you head into your planned birth place.

Services Include:

3 prenatal visits
Supporting the client during active labor while providing education, and comfort measures. Assessing fetal and maternal well being as well as labor progress.
Accompanying the client to the planned place of birth for continued emotional and mental support during transition and delivery and staying for 1-2 hours after the birth to help with postpartum settling-in and lactation, as needed.
2 postpartum visits
